1. Can I eat while consuming the cleanse? 
Yes you can. In fact, we recommend you eat during your cleanse but of course sticking to natural fruits and vegetables. By doing so, it gives your body a lot more energy and you will feel satiated for longer.

 

2. Can I do a juice cleanse while breast feeding?
Since we are not medical professionals we cannot legally answer this question and would recommend you to speak with your doctor if a juice cleanse is right for you. 

 

3. I am a diabetic, can I still do a juice cleanse? 
Everyone’s body type is different and we would recommend to speak with your doctor if a juice cleanse is right for you. 

 

4. Why should I do a juice cleanse?
A juice cleanse is aimed at helping you feel refreshed, cleansed and lighter. Each juice is jam packed with micro and macro nutrients that are aimed at eliminating toxic waste from your system helping you feel lighter and cleansed. It is the most natural way to give your body that reset it needs. 

 

5. When should I do a cleanse? 
The best time to do a juice cleanse is when you’re feeling sluggish, unmotivated, bloated and just low in energy. Cleansing requires mental preparation, and lots of will power. Upon completion you will feel refreshed and more Motivated to get back on track. 

 

6. Can I drink coffee while cleansing? 
Yes you can! As many people drink coffee in the mornings it may just be difficult to completely cut it off of your diet since you might feel caffeine withdrawal.  

 

7. Can I exercise during a cleanse?
If your body feels up to working out, go for it! Just remember, due to the reduced caloric intake, you may not be able to exercise as strenuously as you normally do, so take it easy. Light exercise such as walking, stretching and light yoga is recommended and often highly beneficial.
 
8.  I finished my cleanse. Now what? 
Post-cleanse eating is all about slowly progressing from easily digestible, hydrating foods (think fruit, cucumbers, leafy vegetables, avocados or any of our juices) to the heavier, more filling foods (think grains, lean meats, eggs). It’s all about easing your body back into clean eating. 

 

9. How do your cleanses kickstart weight loss? 

A cleanse re-energizes the body and acts as an immune boost and will surely work to debloat you and promote a feeling of lightness! Just keep in mind that it is not meant to be a weight-loss miracle! Although most of our customers do report seeing the number on the scale drop, cleansing is about wellness. We want to get you in that right mindset, the I'm feeling good because I'm only putting wholesome nutrient-rich foods into my body mood. Juicing will kick-start your weight loss efforts by ridding you of that pesky water weight and help your stomach get used to consuming foods in smaller quantities and more frequent intervals.

 
10. Can I eat solid food while I cleanse? 
While a juice cleanse is a challenge, it isn't meant to be physically uncomfortable or painful. If you are starving and feel you simply can't go a moment longer without food, please do eat! (Just eat healthy!) Think natural, raw, clean foods. You can have a small amount of nuts, raw fruit, raw vegetables or a broth-based (vegetable, low sodium) soup of your choice. As long as you don't eat a cheeseburger, you don't have to consider your cleanse compromised or any less effective.
